We have come up with a solution to the common extraction problems of other commercially available brass, and we have also provided a solution where no commercial option readily exists.

WTC MANUFACTURING

Using new RWS .50 BMG brass as the parent, we are able to manufacture child cartridges that have zero run out and are ready to load and shoot upon receipt.

TOLERANCES AND PROCESS CONTROL

Each piece of brass is carefully sized and annealed as prescribed by the specific cartridge to be made.  Using our specially made forming tools, we are able to control the step(s) needed to yield proper material for both outer diameter(OD) and inner diameter(ID) turning.  Using our commercial grade induction annealing machine, we ensure that each piece is uniform and properly heat treated.  Each piece is then fixtured in our CNC lathe and turned.  The ID is bored and OD turned, both at the same time, to ensure zero run out.  That means perfect concentricity. Each case then receives a thorough final inspection to confirm the ID, OD, and concentricity.
