9. Indemnity.
User agrees to indemnify Warner Tool against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from the User’s use of the Site or breach of the Agreement.
10. Revocation of Access.
Warner Tool reserves the right to revoke User’s access to the Site or any use authorizations relating to the Site granted to User.
11. User Input.
All electronic mail or communications provided by User to Warner Tool may be used by Warner Tool for any purpose without compensation to the contributor, subject to Warner Tool’s web site privacy policy.
12. Applicable Law.
User acknowledges that the Content contained in this Site is controlled in and originates from the United States. Warner Tool makes no representation that any of the Content is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Warner Tool has no responsibility for any access to this web site from territories where the Content may be illegal or otherwise prohibited. Users who choose to access this Site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Any claim relating to the use of Site and any Content shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflicts of laws rules. User expressly consents to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of New Hampshire for any such claim.

RETURNS
Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. No product may be returned without specific authorization from Warner Tool Company. Flat Line projectiles are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or method of payment we deem fit, within a certain amount of days. Re-stocking fees are incurred for packaging replacement. Shipping & handling and credit card fees are non-refundable.
EEXCHANGES

SHIPPING
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: FedEx. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 201 Old Homestead Hwy, North Swanzey, NH, United States, 03431. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
